GoLivi — Terms of Service
1. Service Description & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GoLivi application and the https://goliviapp.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GoLivi is a specialized live streaming simulator and content creation studio enabling users to practice live stream setups, experience AI-simulated viewer interactions, and record personal content.
2. Nature of Service & Simulation Disclaimer
- Simulation Guarantee: Live streaming sessions initiated within GoLivi do NOT broadcast publicly to real third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
- All stream interactions (chat messages, likes, viewer counters) are simulated on-device.
- Users are solely responsible for content they export and choose to share on third-party platforms.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- No Unlawful Content: Users may not generate content containing hate speech, violence, copyright infringement, or illegal material.
- No Misleading Use: Created videos must not be used to deceive the public, commit fraud, or violate the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- Free Trial: GoLivi may offer a 24-hour or 3-day free trial period. Trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to expiration.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations: Subscriptions can be managed and canceled anytime via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
